NEW DRUM TUTOR - WEEK ONE
Happily, for WEEK ONE, we've been able to secure the services of an A-list replacement in the person of Loose Tubes founder member and session master drummer Nic France. In the jazz world he's worked with Tim Whitehead, Andy Sheppard, Ian Carr's Nucleus, Allan Holdsworth, Jim Mullen, Martin Taylor, Ronnie Scott, Kenny Wheeler, (Andrea Vicari), John Taylor, Gordon Beck etc. and as a session musician with Annie Lennox, Pete Townsend, Nigel Kennedy and Pink Floyd legend , Dave Gilmour to name a few.

The Dordogne Jazz Summer School is based at Chateau de Monteton, in south west France and led by pianist & composer Andrea Vicari. Our philosophy is to offer a week of total immersion in jazz and improvisation. An intensive musical language course in a supportive enviroment, with a lot of enthusiastic people at all levels. You may surprise yourself ....and it's fun !

- why not use a Ryanair Credit card or a FlyBE card to pay for the summer school and claim a free flight to Bergerac Airport ? - just an idea. You have to pay taxes and charges on both these offers but it could still work out significantly cheaper). See the Travel page for details.
